Catering
Catering is one of Janine’s favourite things to do – and we are able to create menus that fit the clients specific requirements. To help with ideas we have given popular menus as a starting point in the sections below.
We can cater to all dietary requirements, as well as have chefs that specialise catering for communities and many cultural cuisines.
Janine’s holds a 5-star hygiene rating and is meticulous in upholding that standard at all times.



Grazing Platters & Stations
Grazing Platters, or the larger Stations, are extremely popular if you are looking for the WOW factor for your event. There you will find something for everyone & all of which is made completely bespoke to your event. We use fine meats, cheeses and fresh produce from local suppliers when creating your graze station.
To make adjustments to our regular platter (see next column), please CONTACT us prior to ordering. We will always try to accommodate.
Grazing stations are quoted on request and need a minimum of 3-4 weeks’ notice, grazing platters available 3 days before your event.

Meat Platter
Artisan Italian sliced meats (4 different types), crackers, fruit, dried fruit, fresh fruit, olives, stuffed mini peppers, nuts, pickles
Cheese Platter
selection of 4-5 different cheeses, fruit, dried fruit, crackers, chutney, olives, fresh fruit, pickles, nuts and stuffed peppers
Meat & Cheese Platter (large only)
Italian meats (between 3-4 different types), selection of 4-5 different cheeses, crackers, fruit, dried fruit, olives, stuffed mini peppers, nuts, pickles.
Fruit Platter
Watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, red and green Grapes
Scones and Fruit Platter
Handmade scones, clotted cream, strawberry preserve, selection of seasonal berries (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries).



Cold or Hot Buffet
Traditional buffets are a great self-service for events such as Children’s Parties or Family Occasions without the formalities. Fresh and hand-crafted, there is something for every taste bud and who doesn’t love a buffet?
To make adjustments to our regular buffet packages (see next column), please CONTACT us prior to ordering. We will always try to accommodate.
A minimum of 3 working days notice is required prior to the date of your event. Orders need to be paid in full, in advance.
